Wild Kingdom is returning to NBC. The community revealed it’s reviving the wildlife collection for a fall premiere. Now titled Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom Defending the Wild, the collection can be hosted by Peter Gros and Dr. Rae Wynn-Grant. Gros co-hosted an earlier model of the collection alongside Jim Fowler.
The unique collection arrived in 1963 with host Marlin Perkins, and it remained on the air till 1988. Different makes an attempt to revive the collection have occurred since, however this revival marks a return to the community that was its residence for greater than 20 years.
Per Variety, the brand new collection will premiere on October seventh as part of the Saturday Extra You Know programming block.
