The Different Black Woman collection is coming to Hulu in September, and the streaming service has launched a gaggle of first-look pictures.
Starring Sinclair Daniel, Ashleigh Murray, Brittany Adebumola, Hunter Parrish, Bellamy Younger, Eric McCormack, and Garcelle Beauvais, the collection relies on the novel by Zakiya Dalila Harris, and it follows a younger girl who’s initially the one Black worker at her firm.
Hulu revealed the next concerning the plot of the collection:
“Nella, an editorial assistant, is uninterested in being the one Black woman at her firm, so she’s excited when Hazel is employed. However as Hazel’s star begins to rise, Nella spirals out and discovers one thing sinister is occurring on the firm.”
