The lethal doll is coming to our nation’s capital. The third season premiere date for the Chucky TV collection was introduced in a mock press convention. The sequel to the film franchise is simulcast on the USA Network and Syfy cable channels.
A tongue-in-cheek horror collection, the Chucky TV present stars Zackary Arthur, Björgvin Arnarson, Alyvia Alyn Lind, and Brad Dourif with Fiona Dourif, Alex Vincent, Christine Elise, Jennifer Tilly, Devon Sawa, and Barbara Alyn Woods in recurring roles. In the story, an idyllic American city is thrown into chaos after a classic “Good Guy” doll turns up at a suburban yard sale and is bought by teen Jake Wheeler (Arthur). It seems to be none aside from Chucky (Dourif), a doll that holds the soul of a deceased and harsh serial killer. Soon, everybody within the city should grapple with a collection of horrifying murders that start to reveal the city’s deep hypocrisies and hidden secrets and techniques. Chucky crosses paths with archenemies, previous allies, and new prey, in search of to encourage concern and mayhem wherever he goes.
On Syfy, the second season of Chucky averaged a 0.08 score within the 18-49 demographic and 224,000 viewers within the dwell+similar day scores (consists of all DVR playback by way of 3:00 AM).
