TV present description:
Based on the Nancy Drew thriller guide collection, this present follows Nancy Drew (McMann), an excellent teenage detective. Her sense of self had come from fixing mysteries in her hometown of Horseshoe Bay, Maine – till her mom’s premature dying derails Nancy’s faculty plans. Devastated by her mom’s passing, Nancy swears off crime-solving whereas counting the times till she will re-apply to school.
When a socialite is murdered, Nancy finds herself a main suspect within the crime, together with a gaggle of different teenagers who had been current on the scene. They embrace Nancy’s nemesis from highschool, George Fan (Lewis); a wealthy lady with a mysterious previous, Bess Marvin (Jaizani); Nancy’s secret boyfriend, Ned “Nick” Nickerson (Kasim); and amiable burnout Ace (Saxon).
The 5 suspects should crew as much as clear their very own names – encountering emotional entanglements and much more mysteries alongside the way in which. Nancy’s reawakening brings her into battle together with her widowed father, Carson Drew (Wolf), who’s relationship Detective Karen Hart (August).
When a supernatural presence begins to hang-out Nancy’s investigation, she discovers that the present crime has a connection to the long-unsolved homicide of an area lady.
