A Play, A Pie and A Pint (PPP)’s second present of the Autumn 2023 season is Ship Rats, , an uplifting drama by Alice Clark (Made in China, PPP) co-presented with Traverse Theatre.
The play is predicated loosely on the author’s garrulous Glaswegian great-great-granny who sailed the world and sees younger Jessie, the one lady on board a cargo ship, and the ship’s prepare dinner Jin Hai pressured to take refuge collectively in a cabin after the ship’s homicide bell rings.
