The two iconic monsters are set to share the large display once more in “Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire.” The film, which hits theaters in April 2024 and launched its first trailer on December 3, sees King Kong and Godzilla placing their variations apart to tackle a mysterious exterior menace to existence as they realize it.

“Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire” is directed by Adam Wingard and written by Terry Rossio, Simon Barrett, and Jeremy Slater. The movie stars Rebecca Hall, Brian Tyree Henry, Dan Stevens, Rachel House, and Kaylee Hottle.
