The celebrated manufacturing of C.S. Lewis’ The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, which was cherished by audiences and critics alike throughout its current West End run, will embark on a serious new tour of the UK & Ireland, arriving at The King’s Theatre, Glasgow in June 2025.
C.S. Lewis’ ebook was first printed in October 1950. Since then, over 85 million copies in 60 languages have been bought. It is among the prime ten best-selling books of all time. The stage adaptation of Lewis’ iconic ebook loved a vastly profitable, critically-acclaimed London run in 2022/3.
Producer Chris Harper mentioned: ‘We can’t wait for youngsters and adults alike to affix us on this spectacular new journey via the wardrobe, and are proud to be marking the 75th anniversary of the publication of CS Lewis’ novel with this tour.’

The manufacturing celebrates the magic of dwell theatre and is led by a multi-talented solid of actors, singers, musicians, dancers and puppeteers; it’s a celebration of the probabilities of the collective creativeness and the boundless wonders of particular person talent.
