Fire Country is grabbing Jared Padalecki for one more potential spin-off sequence. Fresh off the cancellation of Walker, Padalecki will seem in a three-episode recurring position on the CBS sequence that might result in a second spin-off for the drama. Sheriff Country is deliberate for the 2025-26 season.
Max Thieriot, Billy Burke, Kevin Alejandro, Diane Farr, Stephanie Arcila, Jordan Calloway, and Jules Latimer star within the sequence, which follows the members of a jail launch firefighting program in Northern California.
Deadline revealed the next about Padalecki’s look:
“He will play Camden, a SoCal firefighter and maverick with a surfer swagger who’s a pressure to be reckoned with and instantly acknowledges Bode’s (Thieriot) uncooked expertise.
The take care of Fire Country producer CBS Studios is strictly for the recurring position, sources stated. Given Padalecki’s standing as a well-liked main man with two hit sequence beneath his belt, I hear there’s a chance for the visitor stint to result in a brand new spinoff headlined by him that will be part of the upcoming Sheriff Country.
Keeping Padalecki within the fold has been a precedence for CBS Studios following the tip of its CW drama Walker, on which he was star and government producer, resulting in creating the chance for him on Fire Country. Walker was canceled for monetary causes regardless of being the community’s most watched sequence.”
Fire Country returns to CBS on October 18th.
