Trying will return for a fifth season. Apple TV+ has renewed the British comedy sequence for season 5. Season 4 aired final summer season and wrapped on July third.
Rafe Spall and Esther Smith star within the sequence as a pair attempting to have a child, however they wrestle to conceive. When they determine to undertake, they face a complete completely different set of challenges. Sian Brooke, Darren Boyd, Scarlett Rayner, and Cooper Turner additionally seem within the sequence.

“Today, Apple TV+ announced a fifth season renewal for acclaimed comedy series “Trying,” starring BAFTA Award nominee Esther Smith and SAG Award nominee Rafe Spall. Season 5 finds Nikki (Smith) and Jason (Spall) coping with the implications of Princess and Tyler’s organic mom Kat (Charlotte Riley) turning up at their doorstep, and the whirlwind of chaos she brings into their settled household life.
Since its world debut, “Trying” has been hailed as a “feel-good,” “poignant” and “addictive” comedy that’s “one of Apple TV+’s sweetest treats.” The sequence has achieved a 95% critics’ rating on Rotten Tomatoes, as followers applaud “standout performers,” “brilliant details” and the “heartwarming, critically acclaimed” sequence that “provides refreshing journeys we don’t often see on television.”
The ensemble forged consists of BAFTA Award winner Darren Boyd as Scott, Siân Brooke as Karen, Scarlett Rayner as Princess and Cooper Turner as Tyler.
