Ah, Tuesday. The day the place even the fluffiest of felines really feel the load of the week already. The Tuesday Tireds have formally set in, and cats all over the place are dragging their paws, yawning at something that strikes, and giving absolutely the laziest side-eye to humans making an attempt to interact them in play.
Kittens who had been zooming round yesterday are actually gracefully collapsing onto the closest sunny spot, tails flicking in delicate irritation at any interruption. The older cats lounge like royalty on their thrones (or couches), often elevating a paw to swat at a toy, then promptly falling again right into a nap. Every meow appears to hold the sentiment: “It’s only Tuesday? Already? Really?”
