Carmine Conte, one half of the celebrity techno duo Tale of Us, has dropped a brand new EP beneath his solo venture, MRAK, kicking off a sequence of upcoming releases on Afterlife.
The 2-track Manifesto EP is a story of dualities, exploring the relationships between existence and resistance, and alter and interior concord. Thumping techno beats and uplifting synths collide in every tune, transporting us to a deeply introspective headspace.
The haunting “Manifesto” contains a hair-raising soliloquy within the break, adopted by a darkish and cathartic explosion of incandescent techno vitality. Steeped in MRAK’s signature fashion, it is a surefire standout.
MRAK will likely be performing together with his Story of Us bandmate, Anyma, in Ibiza this summer season as a part of a momentous Afterlife residency. The model not too long ago struck a landmark deal with Interscope forward of Anyma’s debut album, which is predicted to launch in late 2023.
