The pair purchased the membership in 2020, and FX ordered the docuseries in Could 2021. This announcement comes after the collection was nominated for six Emmy Awards earlier this month.
FX revealed extra in regards to the return of the collection in a press launch.
“FX’s Welcome to Wrexham, the award-winning, international hit docuseries, will mild up the pitch with its second season premiere on Tuesday, September 12 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on FX and streaming the subsequent day on Hulu.
